Tenant Fees

For each property rented through My Company Property, tenants will pay:

• Admin fee payable per property of:
• £150* if 1 tenant
• £175* if 2 tenants
• £200* if 3 tenants
• £225* if 4 tenants
• £250* if 5 tenants (maximum amount payable)

• Plus a Reference fee payable by each tenant of £100*

Additional fees may apply in certain circumstances:

Guarantor
If you need to have a Guarantor to meet the referencing requirements there will be a fee of £100 per Guarantor.
Check out fee
In certain circumstances a tenancy may attract a check-out fee. If this is the case it is a fixed charge per property of £100*. Please  ask your negotiator for confirmation.

*all prices quoted are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the current rate.
